Shurūq: sunrise, not a prayer.
Mounis reports and sources, in order: the Quran, then the Sunnah. It never gives rulings: for jurisprudence, refer to the people of knowledge.

The calculation convention in Riyadh
Mounis calculates the prayer times for Riyadh using the Umm al-Qura (Makkah) convention: Fajr is set at 18.5° below the horizon, and ʿIsha 90 minutes after Maghrib. During Ramadan this interval becomes 120 minutes, as the official calendar has it. This is the convention the Mounis engine uses for this country. Your mosque may follow another one: the setting can be changed in the app.
What changes through the year in Riyadh
Between the two furthest days of the year the gap is plain: in Riyadh, Fajr moves from 03:33 AM at the summer solstice to 05:09 AM at the winter solstice, and Maghrib from 06:45 PM to 05:09 PM. The city does not change its clock through the year: the Asia/Riyadh zone stays the same all year round. The longest day there lasts 13 hours 40 minutes from sunrise to Maghrib, the shortest 10 hours 36 minutes. At the same instant, Fajr arrives there 38 minutes earlier than in Makkah: latitude and longitude are not settings, they are calculations.
