The calculation convention in London

Mounis calculates the prayer times for London using the Moonsighting Committee convention: Fajr is set at 18° below the horizon, and ʿIsha at 18°. This is the convention the Mounis engine uses for this country. Your mosque may follow another one: the setting can be changed in the app.

What changes through the year in London

Between the two furthest days of the year the gap is plain: in London, Fajr moves from 02:43 AM at the summer solstice to 06:22 AM at the winter solstice, and Maghrib from 09:25 PM to 03:56 PM.
